Job Description:

Job Title: Cost and Activity Analyst (Prototype Engineering)

Work Regime:Full-time & Hybrid (2–3 days of remote work per week)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a professional to ensure the update of federal systems with accurate workload, resource allocation, and part cost data in the context of prototype projects. Support effective technical, operational, and financial management of activities within the Process Engineering perimeter.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Update federal systems (GPS) with workload data, associated resources, and part costs.
  
• Work with a
  - enabled Excel file containing
  -
  - date part prices, to be shared with plants in Spain, Romania, and Brazil for local updates.
  
• Consolidate data returned by each site and ensure its accurate integration into central systems.
  
• Maintain regular contact with industrial sites in Spain, Romania, and Brazil.
  
• For Spain, also manage time tracking
  - up and participate in results committee meetings related to actual activity reporting.
  
• Monitor workload planning, identify deviations, and suggest corrective actions.
  
• Prepare performance indicators to support strategic
  - making.
  

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or similar.
  
• Approximately 3 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
  
• Advanced Excel skills (including macros).
  
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory); French and Spanish are a plus.
  
• Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
  
• Autonomous, organized, and comfortable working in
  - functional teams.
