Job Description

As a cost and purchasing specialist, you will play a crucial role in our data center projects. Your work will be fundamental both in the office and
- site, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality and efficiency at all project stages. Your expertise in cost management and strategic purchasing will directly contribute to the success of our mission.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cost Management:

• Control and analyze project costs, ensuring adherence to assigned budgets.
• Prepare and monitor project financial forecasts, identifying potential risks and
  - saving opportunities.

2. Strategic Purchasing:

• Plan and execute the procurement of materials and services required for construction, focusing on achieving the best
  -
  - price ratio.
• Develop relationships with reliable suppliers to enhance our procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of goods.

3. Interdepartmental Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineering and construction teams to establish clear and realistic specifications for project requirements.
• Actively participate in project meetings, providing financial insights and updates to guide
  - making.

4. Supplier Analysis:

• Evaluate and analyze supplier performance to ensure that quality standards are met consistently.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and innovative products that can enhance efficiency while reducing costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost management and procurement, preferably in construction or data center projects.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of managing project budgets effectively.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficient in relevant software applications and tools for cost tracking and procurement processes.
