Job Description:

We are now looking for a Cost Controller to join Airbus GBS in Lisbon!

Responsibilities - your mission

Cost by Destination: Be the Finance advisor for the several programs for Engineering (programs to be defined)

Provide clear, comprehensive and accurate financial data, guidance and support to engineering centers and support decision making

Build and maintain a robust single source of reference of the Engineering financials (TCAC / FCAC), enabling quick and reliable access to the information

Prepare meaningful storyline to top management, enabling proper tactical and strategic decisions

Planning / Reporting:

Support the key finance processes (operative planning, forecasts, closing), ensuring all stakeholders deliver their inputs on time and quality.

Report on financial performance, anticipate potential deviations and propose proactively mitigation actions,

Support both programs and Engineering centers through their challenges: performance, resource adaptation, ramp up…

Small programs consolidation: Support MF1O team members by drumbeating the processes and consolidating all the financial data related to all small programs.

CAPEX: Be the
- up of Engineering CAPEX controller based in Lisbon.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

• Business Management education in Finance or other related fields
• Basic knowledge of Accounting / Controlling
• Talent for agile, reliable and fast data management
• Entrepreneurial mindset:
• Deliverable-driven, able to work with short deadlines
• Good analytical skills with an ability to switch from big picture to detailed view
• Problem-solver
• Proactive in proposing improvement solutions to the business
• Able to look at performance / sustainability on
  - /mid-/long-term solutions
• Communication skills are key, creating trustful relationships quickly in a remote work context and maintaining a broad network within the Finance and HR functions
• Ethics and compliance adherence is a must, with a clear understanding of rules around data confidentiality (e. G. , Procurement process, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), etc)
• English is a must;
  
  knowledge of French / German / Spanish would be a plus
• Full mastery of Google Suite
