Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to

Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in

standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of

- end processes

(e. g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working /

processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are

responsabilidades chave

The jobholder will be in charge of Controlling activities focused around Costs by Nature (Personnel Costs, External Costs, etc). They will be in charge of all financial matters related to the following perimeter:

1. Driving & supporting key Finance processes (operative planning, forecasts, closing)
2. Providing clear, comprehensive and accurate financial data and guidance, and supporting decision making
3. Liaising with different stakeholders (Controlling, Accounting, HR) to provide accurate analysis and meaningful storylines

They will be responsible for the following tasks:

Planning

1. Act as the focal point for data feeding and data quality
2. Ensure the consistency and accuracy of the data received and used
3. Propose a realistic phasing plan based on analytics
4. Utilize predictive forecasting through simulation development

Reporting

1. Pre-digest closing data via SAP Analytics Cloud, and compare performance from both a quantitative and qualitative perspective against budgets and targets in order to highlight discrepancies as well as risks & opportunities
2. Act as a Business Intelligence focal point by performing data analytics tasks
3. Ensure data quality and circularity within reports
4. Performance analysis on manufacturing Hourly Rate
5. Collaborate with Human Resources in establishing an integrated headcount reporting structure while ensuring the accuracy, consistency and compliance of the reporting

1. Identify competitiveness measures through benchmarking of costs across Airbus functions
2. Share best practices across Airbus functions for the Controlling community

competências

1. Business Management education in Finance or other related fields
2. Basic knowledge of Accounting / Controlling
3. Talent for agile, reliable and fast data management

Communication skills are key, creating trustful relationships quickly in a remote work context and maintaining a broad network within the Finance and HR functions. Ethics and compliance adherence is a must, with a clear understanding of rules around data confidentiality (e. g. , Procurement process, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), etc). English is a must; knowledge of French / German / Spanish would be a plus. Full mastery of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
