The Opportunity

• Oversee MEP commercial delivery on a major hyperscale DC project
• Join a highly skilled commercial team recognised for excellence in the sector
• Manage
  - scale packages with full project lifecycle involvement
• Progress towards Regional Lead within a rapidly expanding Iberian division

What You'll Need

• Experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor on data centre or
  - scale technical builds (pharma, semicon, advanced manufacturing)
• Proven background with Tier 1 contractors or major MEP subcontractors
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage
  - value packages
• EU work rights preferred
