The Role
The Costing Process Analyst is responsible for analysing and managing the costs associated with the production of goods or services to support financial planning and
- making within the organization. This involves ensuring accurate cost measurement, monitoring cost drivers, identifying
- saving opportunities, and providing reliable cost data.
What You'll Accomplish
- Support the finance team in cost management initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of cost accounting processes and calculations

Operational Responsibilities
- Perform regular costing runs (legal/group) and communicate updated prices to Commercial teams.
- Perform periodic quality checks to ensure completeness and correctness of the cost price calculations
- Ensure correct application of costing principles and provide guidance to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain standard product costs and product costs in coordination with the Master Data Management (MDM) team.
- Collect and calculate costing data, including rates and fees, for accurate cost loading and provide cost input for new product development (NPD).
- Analyse and reconcile variances in production orders, purchase prices, inventory, and standard costs; investigate discrepancies and prepare detailed variance reports in coordination with the business controllers
- Provide cost data inputs for freight accruals and other
- related expenses in coordination with the business controllers. - Support

- end closing activities related to cost accounting while ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and reliable cost data to support management reporting and
- making.

Who We Are Looking For
- BA/BSc (Hons) Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Total relevant experience of 2-5 Years
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices
- Experience with ERP systems (Preferably SAP)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills - Communication and interpersonal skills
- English @ B2 Level or higher
