We are looking for a professional and organized individual to join our Back-office After sales team. This role will be responsible for ensuring proper contract management, customer support, and assistance to the sales teams, delivering an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

- Validation of
- sale customer data, ensuring legal and contractual compliance.

- Management of equipment delivery, resolving issues such as incorrect addresses or lost items.

- Handling returns and cancellations, including contract reformulation or termination

- Contract management and corrections, with a focus on customer retention.

- Administrative support to sales channels (inbound and outbound), including proposal and data corrections.

- Contract migrations between Business and Private segments.

What we're looking for:

• Fluency in German (minimum C2 level – required).
• Strong English (minimum B2 level – required).
• Strong
  - solving skills and an interest in configuring technical systems and devices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday to Friday 8:00h and 17:00h – One Saturday per month must be expected).
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong customer service mindset.
• Availability to commute regularly or willingness to relocate to the Lisbon area.
