We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist fluent in French to join a dynamic team in the financial sector, based
- site in central Porto (Trindade area).

Main Responsibilities

• Provide
  - quality support to French-speaking clients in financial services.
• Identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and follow up throughout the process.
• Achieve quality and productivity targets.
• Maintain and update client databases accurately.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (C2 level – mandatory).
• Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in call center, financial services, or insurance.
• Strong communication, active listening, and argumentation skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with results orientation.
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday, between 07:30 and 18:30.
• On-site presence in Porto.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Power
  Point.
