Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (French & English) to join one of our biggest clients, a leading European financial institution that provides advanced solutions for stock market operations and banking services.

Location: Offices in Lisbon (hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)
What you will do:
- Provide
- line support and act as the primary contact for clients - Log and manage all questions, incidents, and requests with accuracy
- Research and respond to calls and emails professionally and promptly
- Perform
- level technical troubleshooting and problem solving - Fulfil reporting, data extraction, and application configuration requests
- Escalate incidents according to established procedures
- Keep customers updated on progress toward resolution
- Support internal teams during new product rollouts
- Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring and alerting tools
- Occasionally support Saturday operations on a rotating schedule
What you are like:
- Fluent in French and English (near native level)
- Academic background in relevant areas (minimum 3 years)
- Previous experience in similar support functions
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills - Willingness to learn and deepen technical knowledge
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Familiarity with AS400 systems
- SQL knowledge (nice to have)
- Understanding of banking and stock market operations (nice to have)
- Portuguese fluency is a plus
