Mission

This role is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Insparya clinics in Italy, located in Milan and Rome. The position ensures operational excellence, achievement of financial goals, and an outstanding patient experience, while implementing the Group’s global strategies and adapting them to the specific needs of the Italian market. The role also acts as the main representative of the Insparya Group in the region, ensuring brand consolidation and sustainable growth in the market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinics, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with Insparya’s global standards.
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a positive and
  - performance work environment.
• Implement and monitor strategic and operational objectives defined by global management, adapting them to the specific context of the Italian market.
• Monitor the financial performance of the clinics, controlling costs, managing budgets, and ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
• Monitor the patient experience and implement continuous improvements based on satisfaction indicators.
• Identify growth and development opportunities in the Italian market, aligned with the Group’s global vision.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, and quality and safety standards.
• Regularly report to global management on operational, financial, and strategic results in the region, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Represent Insparya institutionally in Italy, promoting the brand among partners, suppliers, and local stakeholders.

Requirements

• Higher education in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Health, or related fields. Postgraduate or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of management experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, clinics, hospitals, or wellness and aesthetics services.
• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex operations.
• Strategic and operational planning skills, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of the Italian healthcare and aesthetics market, including regulations and trends.
• Excellent communication, influence, and institutional representation skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English. Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to travel regularly between clinics and, when necessary, to attend meetings with global management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining
  - quality standards.
