And, since then, we've helped more than 100, 000 Portuguese to switch providers and save more than €2 million in energy and telecommunications contracts. In addition, on a daily basis, we help hundreds of Portuguese people to compare and find the best credit solutions, obtaining fast and 100% online financing and saving on installments.
As the Country Manager for Portugal, a subsidiary of the Clar Group, you will be leading the operations, growth, and strategic direction of Comparamais. You will be responsible for revenue, managing a dynamic team, fostering key business partnerships and ensuring successful reaching business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development: Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, expanding the customer base, and cultivating strategic partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a
- performing call centre team. - Operational Excellence: Lead

- day operations and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and ensure achievement of targets. - Market Expansion: Research and stay on top of market trends, our competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Brand Representation: Act as the primary representative of Comparamais and the Clar Group within the country, maintaining a positive brand image and reputation. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Teamwork: You will cooperate with key departments in the company such as IT, Marketing, Finance and Product
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong business experience with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.
- Entrepreneurship, drive and focus on Results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that drive business growth.
- Previous experience in the business development, affiliate and digital marketing
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Experience in working with a Call Center will be an additional advantage
