What will your mission be as a Manager?

Lead and manage a team of consultants, driving performance, motivation, and professional growth.

Oversee the development and expansion of the commercial asset portfolio, aligning with company strategy and market trends.

Direct strategic consulting projects, delivering
- impact advisory services to clients and investors.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service from initial contact to final transaction.

Monitor KPIs and results, identifying areas of improvement and implementing action plans.

Support business development through networking, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to strategic
- making.

Collaborate with other departments (legal, marketing, finance) to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant MBA (preferred).

Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in commercial real estate, with team leadership responsibilities.

Strong business acumen and client management skills.

Strategic mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Knowledge of the retail sector.

Intermediate English and Spanish level required; additional languages are an asset.

Digital fluency and proficiency with real estate tools and platforms.

Willingness to travel.

Valid driver’s license.
