The Cowork Cafe Manager is responsible for executing the

- day operations of the Outsite Cowork Cafe in Lisbon;
while delivering a consistent,
- quality product, providing excellent customer service, and driving results to maximize revenues, customer satisfaction, and the overall operational goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of Food and Beverage experience
- Knowledge of the front and back of the house
- Basic knowledge of food presentation, preparation, and handling
- Possess basic math skills and can operate a POS system
- Good communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Must have a high level of customer service and a
- centric disposition
- Team player
- Professional demeanor
- High hustle:
willing to get your hands dirty to move fast and get things done
- Must be able to work weekends, and evenings when needed
- Needs to be fluent in both Portuguese and English
- Must be based in Lisbon
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Controlling and managing members and guests access
- Assisting customers who purchase our daily, weekly, and monthly Cowork Cafe passes
- Attending the food counter, taking orders, preparing specialty coffee, drinks, and simple meals
- Keeping stock, managing vendors, and purchasing orders
- Controlling food costs by prioritizing inventory management and setting and tracking goals
- Ensuring that the Cowork Cafe provides outstanding customer service
- Maintaining high standards in all processes and consistency throughout the Cowork Cafe
- Measuring and analyzing the Cowork Cafe’s key performance indicators and ensuring their continual improvement
