Mission: Prepare different types of culinary dishes.

Job Summary:

• Know all menu items, recipes, production methods and presentation standards;
• Organize the workstations with all the necessary ingredients, as well as with kitchen equipment;
• Ensuring the correct storage of ingredients;
• Check the quality of ingredients;
• Maintain a hygienic and organized environment in the kitchen;

Requirements:

• Previous experience with kitchen equipment;
• Knowledge of various culinary procedures and methods;
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety practices at work;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Accommodation in the Algarve;
• Personal transport;
• Availability for a permanent contract.

Education/Professional Experience:

• Academic degree/professional training in the kitchen area;

Language Skills:

• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (preferably).
