Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive CPQ Software Specialist with
- on experience in Deal
Hub CPQ to support, optimize, and enhance our Configure Price Quote systems. This role will sit within the IT department and play a critical part in aligning sales technology with business needs by maintaining and improving our Deal
Hub implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with sales processes, and a passion for delivering scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Administer and configure Deal
  Hub CPQ to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Collaborate with Sales and Rev
  Ops to gather requirements and implement changes to pricing models, product catalogs, workflows, approval processes, and templates.
• Ensure seamless integration of Deal
  Hub with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP systems, and other business platforms.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Deal
  Hub CPQ, supporting
  - users and providing troubleshooting assistance.
• Monitor system performance, conduct routine audits, and implement enhancements or fixes as needed.
• Support training initiatives by creating documentation, conducting user training sessions, and onboarding new users.
• Manage
  - based permissions, data governance, and compliance requirements related to CPQ processes.
• Partner with vendors, consultants, and
  - functional stakeholders to support
  - scale CPQ projects and system upgrades.
• Provide data and reporting support for
  -
  - cash performance and sales process analytics.
