Requirements:

• Prior experience operating cranes
• Valid crane operator license or certification
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety protocols
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary

Responsibilities:

• Operate various types of cranes according to project needs
• Inspect crane equipment before use to ensure proper functioning
• Move materials and equipment safely using crane controls
• Communicate with ground crew via hand signals or radio
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
