Position Summary

We are currently hiring a Coffee Specialist for our Nestlé Business Services. Reporting to the CRC Team Leader, this professional will handle all
- office contacts with customers for the Nespresso brand.

A Day in the Life of. . .

• Handle all types of customer contacts via voice, email, or chat for both B2C and B2B business.
• Welcome customers and identify their needs.
• Advise customers and potential customers regarding Nespresso products and services.
• Introduce customers to coffee tasting and stimulate their curiosity about our product range.
• Perform initial analysis of reported machine malfunctions and guide customers to Technical Assistance.
• Maximize sales of Nespresso products, including coffee, machines, and accessories.

What Will Make You Successful

• One to two years of
  - facing experience (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power
  Point, Excel).
• Proficiency in German - Mandatory.
• English skills are an asset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team spirit.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for a
  - paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and respectful attitude.
