CRC Training Specialist | English + French/Swiss German Speaker
We are looking for a Training Specialist to join our team, reporting to the Quality & Training Manager. The selected professional will play a key role in developing and implementing effective training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees in
- facing roles. The ultimate goal is to strengthen engagement, improve service quality, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction for a premium international brand.
A day in the life of a Training Specialist:
Assess training needs within
- facing teams and design, develop, and deliver educational programs aligned with service quality standards.
Act as an ambassador of the brand, maintaining deep knowledge of products, services, and sustainability initiatives.
Continuously enhance personal expertise in coffee, machines, and customer service processes, identifying areas for
- development.
Ensure service quality by monitoring customer interactions, promoting customer retention, and identifying sales opportunities.
Manage challenging conversations and provide constructive feedback and solutions to CRC Experts and Team Leaders.
Deliver training programs covering the essential skills and knowledge required for all
- related functions.
Conduct
- play and simulation activities to develop interpersonal skills such as negotiation, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to support

- job training and promote professional growth.
Organize and coordinate training initiatives that prepare employees for career advancement opportunities.
What will make you successful:
University degree or equivalent in business, commerce, or a related area.
Proven experience as a Customer Service Trainer or in a similar position.
Training certifications and familiarity with diverse teaching methods are considered an asset.
Experience working with premium brands is advantageous.
Strong analytical, coaching, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Power
Point, Excel).
Fluency in English and proficiency in French or Swiss German.
Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR practices.
Professionalism, adaptability, and a strong sense of integrity.
