Descrição da Função

ROLE Creative Direction & Brand Identity: Shape and oversee the brand’s creative vision across all channels and markets, ensuring consistency, innovation, and impact.

• Content Creation & Writing: Develop and write original concepts for campaigns, social media, and brand activations that turn strategy into tangible ideas.
• Production Involvement: Participate directly in photo and video shoots — from briefing and scripting to
  - set guidance — ensuring creative alignment.
• Campaign Management: Lead the ideation and rollout of major campaigns, including launches, partnerships, and seasonal activations.
• Cross‑Platform Storytelling: Ensure cohesive storytelling across digital, social, retail, and customer experience channels.
• Creative Leadership: Guide and inspire a team of designers, content creators, and brand specialists to maintain high creative standards.
• Innovation & Trends: Keep the brand forward‑thinking by identifying and applying new creative and cultural trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in creative leadership.
• Portfolio combining strategic direction and hands‑on content creation.
• Excellent conceptual and writing skills.
• Background in creative production (photo/video shoots, scripting, storyboarding).
• Ability to balance strategic vision and practical execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in Portuguese and comfortable working in English.
