Job Title

ROLE Creative Direction & Brand Identity

Responsibilities

• Shape and oversee the brand’s creative vision across all channels and markets, ensuring consistency, innovation, and impact.


• Develop and write original concepts for campaigns, social media, and brand activations that turn strategy into tangible ideas.


• Participate directly in photo and video shoots – from briefing and scripting to on‑set guidance – ensuring creative alignment.


• Lead the ideation and rollout of major campaigns, including launches, partnerships, and seasonal activations.


• Ensure cohesive storytelling across digital, social, retail, and customer experience channels.


• Guide and inspire a team of designers, content creators, and brand specialists to maintain high creative standards.


• Identify and apply new creative and cultural trends to keep the brand forward‑thinking.

Qualifications

• Degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field (preferred).


• Demonstrated experience in creative leadership.


• Portfolio combining strategic direction and hands‑on content creation.


• Excellent conceptual and writing skills.


• Background in creative production (photo/video shoots, scripting, storyboarding).


• Ability to balance strategic vision and practical execution.


• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.


• Fluent in Portuguese and comfortable working in English.
