The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative vision of our Motion Graphics & Interactivity team. You’ll set the visual direction, guide designers and motion artists, and ensure every project, from storyboards to interactive experiences, reaches the highest creative and strategic standards.

This is a leadership role with real influence over how scientific communication looks, feels, and performs.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the creative vision for motion graphics and interactive projects.
• Review and sign off on key deliverables, ensuring clarity, quality, and visual excellence.
• Mentor designers and motion artists; elevate creative standards across the team.
• Turn complex medical content into clear, intuitive visual storytelling.
• Champion UX thinking for interactive experiences and
  - like interfaces.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and PMs to streamline workflows from design → animation → interactivity.

What You Bring

• 6+ years in creative or art direction, with proven leadership experience.
• Expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Figma.
• Strong grasp of motion design principles and production pipelines.
• Experience applying UX frameworks to interactive projects.
• Strong communication and
  - facing confidence.
• Fluent English and comfortable working in Windows environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with interactive video or multimedia.
• Healthcare or scientific communication background.
• Rigging or advanced motion design skills.
• Availability for a US-aligned schedule (12 pm – 8:30 pm CET).
