Creative Operations Manager
We are looking for a
- on and highly organised Creative Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our
- house photo studio and drive the digitalisation of fabric materials and content workflows across our brands - Strellson, Windsor and JOOP
This is a hybrid role combining physical studio work and digital content handling, ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, loves variety, and wants to be part of a
- moving, creative environment.
Your tasks:
- Coordinate and support
-
- day operations in our Porto-based photo studio. - Set up and dismantle equipment and prepare samples for photo production.
- Handle and Digitise physical materials (farbics) and organise their distribution across internal platforms and digital channels.
- Keep track of all
- house materials and samples with a structured workflow. - Handle
- production tasks such as image selection, basic retouching, resizing, and file management. - Maintain accurate production logs and schedules using Excel or similar tools.
- Support light 3D content workflows and assist in the creation and management of visual assets.
- Travel to Switzerland several times per year to assist on set during key production phases (travel & accommodation arranged by the company).
Your profile:
- Based in Porto or the surrounding area and ready to work on site.
- Experience in photo studio operations or strong organisational skills with a
- on mindset. - Confident in working with Photoshop and Excel; knowledge of file structures and content handling is a plus.
- Curious about 3D and content production tools; open to learning.
- Exceptionally
- organised, structured, and proactive in
- paced environments. - A positive, energetic and communicative personality who brings enthusiasm to the team every day.
- Fluent in English - our team language - and comfortable working in an international setting.
- Willing and able to travel for short production stays in Switzerland.
