What you'll do:

Originate and own creative strategy for Meta ads across multiple markets

Turn business insights, customer psychology and performance data into strong ad concepts

Write and shape
- converting ad angles, hooks and scripts

Work with the content, UGC and creative teams to produce and test ads at scale

Analyze results, identify patterns and iterate relentlessly

Help define creative systems, testing frameworks and learning loops

Act as a right hand in marketing, contributing to broader strategic decisions

Take responsibility for performance across a €1M+ annual ad spend

What success looks like:

A steady pipeline of strong, differentiated ad concepts

Ads that consistently beat benchmarks on ROAS, CPA and scalability

Clear creative learnings that compound over time

A paid media system that feels intentional, structured and
- led

Strong alignment between brand, creative and performance

This role is for you if you:

Have solid experience in performance marketing, paid social or creative strategy

Combine creative thinking with strong business sense

Write exceptionally well and understand persuasion

Think in hypotheses, tests and iterations — not “one-off ideas”

Are comfortable owning results and being accountable for performance

Enjoy high responsibility and

Have a strong eye for content and storytelling

Are fluent in English (Spanish, Portuguese, French or Italian are a plus)

Are based in Portugal
