Creative Strategist
We're recruiting for a wellness brand offering
- based, clinically backed supplements that support immunity, gut health, and daily vitality—clean formulas, third‑party tested, and trusted by customers across the globe. This freelance Creative Strategist role will drive performance‑focused, direct‑response growth across paid social and full‑funnel creative, operating with speed, rigor, and a data‑driven testing mindset.
Availability: 30-40 hours / week

Payment (Negotiable): $5, 000–$7, 000 (+performance bonuses)
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end performance creative strategy across paid social/video (concept, scripting, briefing, production, iteration), driving measurable lifts in CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
- Build a rapid test‑and‑learn pipeline for hooks, angles, formats, offers, and landing pages; set clear hypotheses and kill/scale rules to improve CAC and MER weekly.
- Develop high‑velocity UGC and editorial‑style ads with strong, compliant direct‑response copy, voiceovers, and storyboards that tackle key pains, objections, and proof.
- Partner with media buyers to align creative with audience segmentation, placements, and budgets; translate in‑platform diagnostics into the next creative swings.
- Source, brief, and manage creators/editors; maintain a creative library, naming conventions, and tagging to isolate winners and inform iteration.
- Turn insights into CRO actions: wireframe and brief landing pages/PDPs, run A/B tests, and optimize for speed, clarity, and conversion.
- Mine customer reviews, support tickets, and social comments to surface message‑market fit, refine angles, and build credibility stacks.
- Extend winning angles into retargeting, email/SMS flows, and upsell paths to grow LTV and payback speed.
- Report weekly on creative performance, learnings, and next bets; move fast, cut losers, and scale winners with discipline.
Must‑Haves
- Proven track record leading performance‑focused DTC creative strategy in health and wellness or adjacent categories, with a portfolio of scaled winners.
- Deep experience with aggressive direct response marketing, including offer construction, hooks, urgency/scarcity, social proof, and compliant claims.
- Hands‑on with Meta and Tik
Tok ad creative development and testing frameworks; comfortable reading platform diagnostics to guide iterations. - Strong direct‑response copywriting and short‑form video scripting for UGC and ad concepts.
- Experience briefing/managing creators and editors; ability to scale UGC pipelines reliably.
- Working knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization; able to brief wireframes and run A/B tests using standard tools and analytics.
- Data fluency across ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR; translates insights into concrete creative actions.
- Excellent English communication; available 30–40 hours per week in CET.

- Light motion design or editing skills to self‑iterate variations quickly.
- Familiarity with creator sourcing and affiliate/influencer partnerships for seeding and whitelisting.
- Lifecycle marketing experience to adapt top‑of‑funnel angles into email/SMS and retargeting sequences.
- Comfort with qualitative research (surveys, interviews) to inform messaging.
- Personal interest in health and wellness.
