We are looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to define the brand’s visual and narrative identity, ensuring innovation in every campaign and communication channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the creative strategy for global campaigns and communication initiatives
• Create concepts for digital, social, and brand activations
• Provide direction during photo/video productions and ensure quality execution
• Lead storytelling development across all brand touchpoints
• Partner with
  - functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns
• Coach and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team
• Monitor trends and consumer insights to drive creative evolution

Qualifications

• Academic background in Communication, Branding, Design, or similar
• Strong professional experience in creative direction and brand strategy
• Portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and creative delivery
• Solid writing and conceptual development abilities
• Knowledge of photo/video production processes
• Excellent leadership and
  - collaboration skills
• Fluency in Portuguese and good English level
