ROLE DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities

Actively participate in project and campaign kickoff meetings.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, product, sales, etc. ) to align visual and strategic goals.

Organize and facilitate brainstorming sessions and focus groups with diverse internal and external profiles.

Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all produced materials.

Stay up to date with design trends, digital tools, and UX/UI best practices. Tasks and Activities

Create and prototype interfaces, layouts, and visual assets in Figma.

Use Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. ) for editing and creating visual content.

Apply AI tools to support image creation, copywriting, and automation of repetitive tasks.

Conduct visual research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to support creative proposals.

Present visual ideas and proposals in internal client meetings.

Adapt designs for different formats and channels (web, email, app, etc. ).

Document processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.

Expected Deliverables

Functional and navigable Figma prototypes.

Organized visual asset kits ready for implementation.

Visual research reports and moodboards.

Documentation from brainstorming and focus group sessions.

Visual presentations to support internal or external proposals.

Reusable templates for recurring campaigns.
