• Design, develop, and maintain custom Word
  Press themes and plugins
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to deliver innovative web solutions
• Optimize website performance, security, and user experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Word
  Press issues
• Implement responsive design and ensure
  - browser compatibility
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices documentation
• Stay
  -
  - date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members across different time zones

• 5+ years of professional experience in Word
  Press development
• Advanced knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and Java
  Script
• Proficiency in developing custom Word
  Press themes and plugins
• Strong understanding of Word
  Press core, including APIs and hooks
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
• Expertise in responsive design and
  - first development
• Familiarity with My
  SQL and database optimization techniques
• Knowledge of Word
  Press security best practices and performance optimization
• Experience with nearshore development processes and
  - cultural communication
• Strong
  - solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Fluency in English;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (preferred)
• Word
  Press certifications (preferred)
