Responsibilities:

• Inspire, manage and coordinate the UX team

• Be responsible for defining, communicating and executing the UX strategy and direction

• Provide visual creative direction for digital products, our website, mobile application and print supports with a focus on user experience, brand communication, interaction, user interface designs and navigation concepts

• Design, propose and implement new guidelines and procedures within broad principles and the vision set by the organisation

• Drive a consistent and seamless experience across all channels

Profile:

• 5+ years of experience as a key member of a digital design team participating in the complete
  - cycle of successfully launched websites and mobile applications

• Experience working in fashion,
  - commerce or a digital creative agency

• Experience with responsive web design and app design for mobile and tablet

• Solid UX foundations in research, testing, prototyping, information architecture and interaction design

• Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media Design or other visual arts is preferred

• Excellent written, presentation and visual communication skills

• Fluent in English
