Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in financial area.
• Oversee daily operations related to Private Credit, including Loan Administration, Collateral Management, Middle Office services, Depositary function, and Loan Trade Closing.
• Monitor and analyze key performance and risk indicators (KPIs/KRIs), ensuring appropriate action plans are in place.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and perform regular capacity planning.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, manage incidents, and support audit processes.
• Manage client relationships and internal stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Contribute to client onboarding processes, RFP responses, service reviews, and due diligence.
• Participate in and support transformation initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, and data quality.
• Support the development and coaching of team leaders and their teams (objective setting, training plans, succession planning).
• Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding, and training

• Ensure procedures are up to date and followed, and mandatory trainings are completed on time.
• Experience with Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• Fluent english.
