About The Job
Credit Portfolio Manager for Securitised Products Group (SPG) works with corporate and institutional clients to provide financing, risk transfer and capital markets access through securitisation transactions across a range of asset classes, including Asset‑Backed Securities, Collateralised Loan Obligations and Private Debt Financing.
Your Main Activities Will Be
Credit Management of the SPG securitisation portfolio
Understand and analyse the transactions’ structure, credit risk and profitability
Create and update credit memoranda for annual reviews, renewals, amendments and waivers;
participate in credit committees
Update quarterly securitisation watchlist reports
Monitor transaction performance and review transaction risks (e. G. changes in concentrations, performance relative to triggers, covenant compliance)
Portfolio Management of the SPG securitisation portfolio
Assist in executing, closing and onboarding new transactions, including preparation of internal documentation and booking and control of funding requests
Maintain portfolio reports – including exposure breakdowns, risk dashboards, budgeting and forecasting for Profit and Loss, capital, and liquidity
Review and contribute to regulatory capital calculation of SPG transactions
Contribute to Transversal Projects
Maintain and update internal policies and procedures;
implement new or revised risk policies and related tools
Help improve portfolio management and monitoring tools and processes, increasing the team’s productivity through automation and efficiency measures
Profile And Skills To Success
Academic background in Management, Finance, Economics or similar degrees
1‑3 years of professional experience in Banking, Insurance sector and/or Consultancy
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
Great team spirit and ability to collaborate with others
Attention to detail with an analytical approach and ability to synthesize information
