About The Job
- The Credit Risk - Regulatory Reporting Senior Officer, with his team, contributes to the Credit Risk RWA computation and analysis, supporting the calculation of the Group Basel solvency ratio and Pillar 3 disclosures. This includes Group Accounting to Risk Reconciliation, Regulatory Reporting at Group and
- consolidated levels (COREP Own Funds/Large Exposures/Leverage Ratio, International Commitments, Pillar 2 - Short Term Exercise, G-SIB, Basel Monitoring - Quantitative Impact Study), data quality, process optimization, and supporting his manager.
Your Main Activities Are
- Production, collection, and control of risk data (credit, counterparty) using tools like ARC, SRS, and databases.
- Preparing support documentation for report validation meetings and presenting to management and stakeholders.
- Coordinating and interacting with process stakeholders.
- Participating in Credit & Regulatory Reporting Quarterly Synthesis.
- Reporting on Data Quality.
- Engaging in projects related to regulatory, reporting, process improvements, regulator requests, IT developments, sourcing evolutions.
- Enhancing quality and efficiency by revising processes, procedures, and data quality, including testing phases.
- Onboarding and training new team members.
- Supporting the preparation and delivery of regulatory reports.
- Participating in new projects, especially related to frameworks like Basel IV, to meet group objectives.
Profile And Skills To Success
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in Risk and Controls.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Good communication skills.
- Team player with collaborative skills.
- Attention to detail and rigor.
- Analytical abilities.
