Mission And Responsibilities
- Analysis of Chamber of commerce, power of attorney and other legal documentation of the companies.
- Support the activities mainly related to the onboarding and credit granting process.
- Check documentation completeness and accuracy review for credit / services requests before KYC and Credit and after submission of documentation by the commercial
- office. - Manage /guarantees/deposits (extra conditions requested during the credit granting process) and guarantors data and controls.
- Ensuring data quality management in systems especially monthly integrity gaps between NOLS / GCRMS.
- Manage payment (IBAN) registration and modification (4eye principle).
- Manage various related tasks related to contract changes or customers requests.
- Ensure “unacceptable” customers and ensure they can’t subscribe new products/services until KYC is fully updated for soft exit strategy.
Internal relationships
- Collaborates with other Risk Managers within the Risk and Compliance Department for overarching risk topics.
- Collaborates with other department leads from Commerce, Finance, Procurement, Remarketing, Customer Service, IT etc.
