Job Description:

What you will enjoy doing

• You will take a proactive approach to managing collections within a designated customer portfolio, assuming full responsibility and accountability for the collection process in alignment with defined policies and procedures.
• Additionally, you will cultivate strong relationships with customers to promote and maintain positive payment behavior.
• Your role will involve analyzing and determining customers' creditworthiness for payments and deliveries, leveraging internal and external information and adhering to established guidelines.
• You will handle and resolve complex customer inquiries that directly facilitate the settlement of outstanding debts, ensuring these queries are managed through to resolution.
• In this position, you will provide guidance on reconciliation issues, address underpayments and overpayments, and handle cases involving insolvency.
• Furthermore, you will take ownership of advanced credit management challenges as needed, supporting Front Office teams with expert oversight when required.

What makes you great

• You have a minimum secondary school (High School) education and previous experience in administrative roles.
• In addition, you speak
  - level French and have English at B1 level.
• SAP basic knowledge.
• Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, Formulas such as VLOOKUPs, conditionals, etc. ).
• You are ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project.
• You are able to collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.
