Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage collections within a designated customer portfolio. This role involves taking a proactive approach to drive cash flow, analyze creditworthiness, and cultivate strong relationships with customers.

• Manage customer interactions to promote positive payment behavior
• Analyze customer data to determine creditworthiness
• Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve outstanding debts
• Provide guidance on reconciliation issues and address under/overpayments

• Minimum secondary school education and previous administrative experience
• Native-level French and English proficiency (B1 level)
• SAP basic knowledge and Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas)

• Full-time position with standard working hours (07:00 - 16:00)
• Opportunity to work on advanced credit management challenges
• Support from Front Office teams for expert oversight
