Credit to Cash Representative (m/f/d) – Porto, Portugal | req25142

You will proactively handle collection cases within a portfolio of clients, be responsible and accountable for the collection process based on company policies and procedures. Build relationships with customers to encourage good payment behavior. Analyze and decide on the creditworthiness of customers for payments and deliveries based on internal and external information and defined policies. Ensure proper financial measures for collections and advise on reconciliation and under/over payments. Own more complex credit management issues when required from the Front Offices.

• Ensure proper financial measures for collections
• Advise on reconciliation and under/over payments
• Own more complex credit management issues when required from the Front Offices

What Makes You Great

• Minimum secondary school (High School)
• Strong experience in daily telephone and email communication with customers
• Excellent communication skills, conflict resolution orientation and ability to handle stress
• Fluency in Portuguese (native); English is a plus
• Previous experience in credit to cash collections
• SAP/ERP basic knowledge (preferred)
• Analytical and negotiation skills
• Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, formulas like VLOOKUPs, conditionals, etc. )

Additional Information

This role is a
- time position on a limited contract. Standard weekly hours are 09:00–18:00.
