Crew Support Business Partner (Nje)
**Purpose of Position**:The Crew Support Business Partner works in partnership with the crews on the line, the assigned Chief Pilot (CP) or Chief Cabin Crew (CCC) and other business areas. Delivering and implementing a full range of
- operational/non-technical, people support processes and practices, to maximize positive employee relations and enable crew members to effectively deliver high standards of service into NTA flight operations. **Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Support the Crew Support & Planning Manager on the design and implementation of all crew
- operational related policies and procedures to include, but not limited to, Career progression, Absenteeism, Vacation, Wellbeing and Travel and Entertainment, to ensure their compliance with Regulatory and other legal requirements;
- Manage Crew Absenteeism in accordance with the policies to provide best possible crew availability to the operational departments;
- Provide both transformational advice and transactional support to the crews where required (recruitment/redundancies situations, absenteeism, fleeting, upgrade) and other
- operational areas to improve cost and efficiency, clarify accountabilities and crew performance on the line and maximise positive employee relations;
- Drive, influenceand support the cultural and people aspects. Propose business improvement and change management initiatives within the line to improve efficiency in people management. Deliver a consistent approach to crews at all times and across all areas of the line;
- Manage the Substance Abuse and Dependency Program as Program Manager to include providing training on the matter to all crewmembers and managers and act as liaison between national authorities, medical advisors and the affected crewmembers;
- Manage the Substance Abuse Testing and monitoring program. Maintain formal and regular communication with the crews to obtain crew engagement and ensuring compliance with NTA policies and procedures;
- Provide the CP/CCC with the appropriate Indicators (Headcount, absenteeism,
- compliances) tools and knowledge to effectively manage the crew in line with Net
Jets policies, principles and goals;
- Provide the DO/DDO with appropriate statistical data to review relevant Crew members metrics and propose strategic initiatives;
- In partnership with the CP/CCC and other departments, manage crew employee relations issues to improve crew satisfaction;
- Liaise with HR to ensure all HR policies are translated into the crew internal regulation where applicable and when required provide technical support to HR in all crew matters to ensure compliance with legal and other regulatory requirements;
- Monitor and review allcrew reports related to crew wellbeing or other
- technical matters, and propose corrective actions to the DDO to enhance the safety and quality of NTA flight operations in coordination with other business departments;
- Develop and maintain ahigh standard crew knowledge base, to allow for a

- one crew relationship management, emphasizing personalized interactions with crews to foster greater employee satisfaction and loyalty and better service to improve owner experience;
- Support businessarea on disciplinary/grievances and other employee issues to ensure that a consistent and fair approach, aligned with Net
Jets Policy and Procedures is applied at all times;
- Draft the scope and conduct all Crew Support related projects in cooperation with the DDO and Flight Operations Manager to close all projects within scope and given timeline. **Education**:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration or Human Resources**Certifications and Licenses**:**Years of Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in the field of Human Resources managing complex projects;
- Preferential solid knowledge of Employee Relations and PT/UK Employment Law (preferred);
- Knowledge of aviation legislation and regulations;
- Preferential previous experience as a crew member;
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency in MS Office.
