Role Overview
We’re seeking a
- reliant senior CRM & Martech specialist to mature and scale our
- stage CRM practice. You will own the

- day use of Smartico—our primary platform—designing automated journeys across
- mail, SMS, Whats
App, push notifications, and future channels. Beyond
- on execution, you’ll act as the principal CRM voice—coordinating workflows, aligning stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the Smartico platform

- end: segmentation, campaign build, testing, QA, reporting, and optimization. - Design & deploy automated,
- driven journeys (e-mail, SMS, Whats
App, push, etc. ) to boost acquisition, retention, and upsell.
- Evolve and scale CRM processes: audit current workflows, identify gaps, and implement best practices that raise efficiency and performance.
- Serve as CRM lead & coordinator: interface daily with Marketing, Product, Data, and Customer Service; gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and steer delivery.
- Define CRM strategy & KPIs in partnership with leadership; translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps.
- Champion data integrity & privacy compliance (LGPD/GDPR) in all customer communications.
- Monitor performance & surface insights, presenting recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
- Stay ahead of Martech trends, proposing and piloting new Smartico capabilities or complementary tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of
- on CRM / Lifecycle Marketing success in B2C environments.
- Deep expertise with at least one
- grade CRM platform (e. g. , Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Oracle Responsys).
- Proven track record designing
- channel, automated journeys (e-mail, SMS, Whats
App, push, etc. ).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize demands, and keep projects moving with minimal oversight.
- Experience leading or coordinating
- functional initiatives; comfortable synthesizing inputs and guiding stakeholders toward outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset; adept with segmentation logic, experimentation, and performance dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills (Portuguese- fluent, English professional level) and a consultative approach.
Bonus points: experience with Smartico (our current platform), familiarity with
- bond or
- services sectors, SQL/API integration
- how, and A/B or multivariate testing expertise.
