Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal. It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.

The CRM associate will be responsible for working with various teams to implement CRM modules and support the Loyalty & CRM team in system updates and client journey enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in shaping CRM strategy and roadmap, redesign Sales Force Automation for improved user experience and response tracking, and identify system optimization opportunities.
• Oversee redesign of Marketing Automation, develop multichannel flows and dashboards, and create personalized communication strategies based on customer segmentation and market trends.
• Develop CRM and Loyalty dashboards, track KPIs, analyze customer data, and report engagement opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer data, support data quality initiatives, and promote CRM best practices.
• Work with various teams to ensure CRM adoption, optimize system functionalities, and maintain updated process documentation.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in management, marketing, information systems, or related field.
• 2-3 years in CRM, Loyalty, Retention, with consulting or CRM implementation preferred.
• Preferably familiar with hospitality or sports industry dynamics.
• Strong grasp of Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including customer data management and reporting.
• Desired expertise in data quality, analytics, A/B testing, segmentation, campaigns, workflow automation, and retention strategies.
• Experience in
  - functional teams, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and translating data insights into actions.
• Excellent verbal and written skills for conveying complex data to executives and
  - technical audiences.
