CRM Campaign Manager – Hostelworld Group
We’re looking for a dynamic CRM Campaign Manager to join our team and drive customer engagement and retention through email, push and other content.
About the role
This fixed‑term (12‑month) position is based in Portugal, with a hybrid model supporting our Porto office hub. The role owns the CRM channel, creates new campaigns, and manages our CRM tool.
Responsibilities
- Own performance and success of the CRM channel for bookings and new customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute new CRM campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
- Contribute to the experimentation roadmap and improve existing campaigns through A/B testing.
- Collaborate with CRM and growth teams to refine user journeys and support CRM social network strategy.
- Manage the operational side of CRM, building campaigns in Iterable or similar and ensuring flawless execution.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand CRM needs and deliver tailored campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust as necessary to meet goals.
- Support ad‑hoc or one‑off campaigns (e. g. , Black Friday, Winter Deals).
- Contribute to overall CRM roadmap and cross‑team campaign management.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing CRM campaigns, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Strong product‑management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM reporting and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with Iterable, Braze or other CRM systems.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands‑on experience building, testing, troubleshooting email and push campaigns and flows in CRM systems.
