What you will do
Execute and optimize Email/SMS campaigns targeting acquisition, retention, and
- selling, driving measurable business outcomes and enhancing customer engagement.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and email flows to continuously improve campaign performance and maximize user interaction.
Automate transactional and behavioral emails, driving incremental revenue while enriching the customer journey and fostering brand loyalty.
Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure email messaging is
- brand and aligned with broader marketing strategies.
Monitor and optimize deliverability, list health, and engagement metrics, ensuring consistent campaign success and maximizing return on investment.
What you’ll bring
2-3 years of experience in email marketing and CRM campaign management, preferably within an E-Commerce environment.
Proven success in driving CRM and Email marketing initiatives, delivering measurable results and business growth.
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance, uncover insights, and continuously optimize strategies for greater impact.
Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage
- functional teams and ensure seamless execution.
Fluency in English (Spanish, French or German language skills preferred)
Autonomous,
- focused approach with bias for action, curiosity, and innovation
