We are looking for a new CRM Content Producer to join our team. This position will work closely with the CRM Lead to support all CRM-related activities and SEO-related content production. The ideal candidate will have industry experience and CRM-related experience and be comfortable using a variety of tools. We welcome applications from people who are passionate about media management and CRM.

As a “CRM Content Producer - Japanese speaker, " you are expected to …

• Planning, managing, and operating all campaigns and promotions. Also, communicate internally and externally with the relevant teams.
• Manage and operate all CRM channels (LINE/Newsletter/X/Membership)
• Create and update content for campaigns and promotions
• Analyze CRM-related data and come up with suggestions for improvement and enhancement.
• Assist other tasks related to website content production

【主な業務内容】

• キャンペーンやプロモーションの企画、管理、および運営。また、それに付随する社内外のチームとのやり取り
• 各種CRMチャンネル(LINE/Newsletter/X/メンバーシップ)の管理
• 運営キャンペーンやプロモーションにおけるコンテンツの作成、更新
• CRMに関するデータ分析および改善・向上に向けた提案
• その他、Webサイトコンテンツ制作

• Native Japanese speaker
• Working proficiency in English both verbal and written
• Ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds and professional rank
• Ability to produce high quality content with attention to details
• Self-motivated with a strong and proven ability to get things done
• Proactive attitude and ability to learn and handle new things.

Nice to have

• Experience in content writing or CRM related work
• Word
  Press experience
• Experience in (commercial) SNS management
• Experience working in the IGaming industry
• Experience with Excel functions and data analysis
• Available to work +/- 2 hours CET
