We’re looking for a CRM Data & Technology Manager — someone who lives at the intersection of data architecture, marketing systems, and customer intelligence.
You’ll ensure our CRM ecosystem runs with precision: data flowing seamlessly between tools, automations performing flawlessly, and insights powering every customer touchpoint.

Tech operations, you’ll manage integrations, optimize workflows, and collaborate closely with Product and Data teams to make sure our systems support scalable,

Key Responsibilities
The CRM Data & Technology Manager ensures that our customer data ecosystem runs seamlessly, accurately, and at scale. Acting as the technical bridge between CRM, Product, and Data teams, this role owns the infrastructure that powers personalized, automated customer experiences. They keep our data pipelines reliable, workflows efficient, and the CRM team equipped to build campaigns that are grounded in clean, actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability – Oversee the integrity, mapping, and synchronization of customer data across CRM, product, and analytics systems.
- Monitor and resolve system issues – Identify, document, and troubleshoot bugs or sync errors impacting campaign automation or performance.
- Optimize automation and integrations – Refine triggers, dynamic templates, and
- channel configurations (email,
- app, push) for scalability and precision. - Enable and upskill teams – Train CRM users on technical best practices, data logic, and new Iterable or Mar
Tech capabilities. - Drive continuous improvement – Evaluate emerging Mar
Tech tools, test new data flows, and recommend enhancements that strengthen platform performance.
Your Profile

You love building the bridges that connect marketing, product, and data — translating business needs into seamless workflows that drive measurable results. Whether you’re optimizing an integration, debugging a workflow, or enabling others to use the tools with confidence, you take pride in creating scalable, reliable CRM systems that empower the whole team.
What You Bring:
- 3–4 years of experience in CRM technology, data operations, or Mar
Tech, ideally within
- growth,
- driven environments. - Proven
- on expertise with Iterable (or comparable tools such as Braze), including experience using Handlebars scripting or similar templating languages. - Strong understanding of data architecture, automation logic, and system integrations, using tools such as Snowflake, Segment, m
Particle, Amplitude, Zapier, or n8n. - Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Marketing teams in distributed environments.
- An analytical,
- oriented mindset with a passion for improving workflows and technical processes. - Fluency in English and a clear, collaborative communication style.
