We are seeking a CRM Developer on a permanent basis to join a global retail organisation as part of their CRM team. This role would be based in Lisbon on a hybrid basis.

This is a great opportunity to work for a global brand and be a key part of a small tight knit CRM team covering global regions (multi-country).

This role involves both
- on Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and some design responsibilities, with a focus on integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customise and extend Dynamics 365 CRM modules (e. G. Sales) to meet business requirements.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, scripts, and web resources within Dynamics 365.
• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 capabilities using C#, Java
  Script, and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other applications using Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, and related integration tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and platform issues, ensuring data integrity, security, and reliability.
• Connect Dynamics 365 with external services and enterprise applications to enable seamless data flow.
• Maintain technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and uphold coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Experience required:

• Strong technical background in Dynamics 365 CRM design & development. (3+ years)
• Ability to translate business requirements into a technical solution.
• Proven experience integrating CRM with other applications.
• Skilled in Azure integration services (Data Factory, Logic Apps).
• Proficient in C#, Java
  Script, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Methodical approach to documentation, standards, and solution design.
• Collaborative and able to engage effectively with stakeholders to deliver
  - focused solutions.
