About the Role:
We’re looking for a CRM Manager to lead strategy and execution across our DACH and Italian markets , playing a key role in customer retention, engagement, and growth
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own and execute the CRM strategy to increase traffic,
- through rates (CTR), and CRM-driven revenue.
Leverage Emarsys to build advanced automations, lifecycle campaigns, and personalized email communications.
Segment and profile customers to tailor messages that convert.
Collaborate with local teams in DACH and Italy to localize global CRM initiatives.
Monitor and report on KPIs (e. g. , traffic to Wellastore, CTR, revenue) to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with data & analytics teams to personalize campaigns and optimize the customer journey.
Stay ahead of CRM trends and apply best practices to keep our strategy

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ CRM experience, ideally in e
Commerce or B2B
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Emarsys experience is a big plus)
Strong analytical skills and experience using customer data to boost engagement
Understanding of the DACH and/or Italian markets
Fluent in English; German or Italian is a plus
Team player with great communication skills
Experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry is a bonus
