Responsibilities
Outreach & Funnel Management
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of mobile app developers through structured outbound outreach
- Design, test, and iterate multichannel campaigns (email, Linked
In, DMs) - Write clear, natural, native‑level English messages that drive engagement and trust
- Track, measure, and improve conversion rates across each funnel stage
- Maintain CRM accuracy by keeping leads and notes in Pipedrive
Optimization & Analysis
- Continuously analyze outreach performance and implement improvements
- Identify bottlenecks, test new approaches, and scale what works
- Deliver weekly reports on funnel status, metrics, and key insights
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Acquisition Team to align on lead quality and handover
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to refine targeting and messaging
- Share learnings and insights to improve the sourcing engine as a whole
Requirements
- Native‑level English, especially written
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, deal sourcing, or outbound sales, ideally targeting mobile app developers and digital product founders
- Proven ability to write engaging, conversion‑driven outreach messages
- Experience managing pipelines and reporting in Pipedrive
- Highly organized, methodical, and detail‑oriented
- Hands‑on, analytical, and eager to learn and improve
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Bonus points for
- Experience engaging app developers or founders
- Familiarity with the mobile app or Saa
