We are looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Email & SMS) to lead our retention channels. The Role:You’ll own, design, execute, and optimize campaigns and automated flows across email and SMS, directly impacting customer retention, subscription renewals, and revenue growth. - on role with visibility across the entire organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize email & SMS marketing programs (campaigns + automated flows). - Audit and improve the current CRM setup, identifying quick wins to boost engagement and repeat purchases. - Plan and execute a campaign calendar balancing promotional, educational, and
- focused sends. - Design and relaunch lifecycle flows (welcome, cart abandonment,
- purchase,
- back, subscription conversion). - Report on performance and deliver measurable uplift in CTR, LTV, repeat purchase, and subscription retention. - Collaborate
- functionally with design, copywriting, growth marketing, and retention teams. Must-Have Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in email/SMS marketing, ideally within ecommerce or subscription models. - Strong understanding of customer lifecycle flows (welcome, cart abandonment,
- back,
- purchase). - Experience with OTP-to-subscription conversion tactics. - Proficiency in copywriting, A/B testing, and analytics/reporting. - Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and/or similar platforms. Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with supplements, wellness, or
- related products. - Knowledge of subscription retention & monetization strategies. - Familiarity with GDPR and deliverability best practices.
