Experis is recruiting a CRM Marketing Officer - fluent in French for an international client in the banking sector, recognized for its innovative approach, flexibility, and job stability. This is not a traditional bank — it is solid, yet disruptive, and continuously evolving.

The company is now opening a new office in Lisbon, reinforcing its growth and presence in the Portuguese market.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the Marketing Project Managers in France and local operational teams;
  
  
  
  
• Ensure the execution, quality, and timely delivery of CRM campaigns;
  
  
  
  
• Supervise andsupport the development of CRM assistants;
  
  
  
  
• Set up campaigns and channels (targeting, integrating communication assets, and offline operations);
  
  
  
  
• Receive, validate, and send proofs (BAT);
  
  
  
  
• Make campaignkits available within the CRM tool;
  
  
  
  
• Monitor
  KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields ;
  
  
  
  
• Minimumof 2 years' experience in CRM, with strong expertise in Adobe Campaign ;
  
  
  
  
• Background in Marketing and/or E-commerce ;
  
  
  
  
• Fluencyin English and French - Mandatory
• Rigorous, organized, communicative, and
  - oriented.
