CRM Marketing Officer
Experis is recruiting a CRM Marketing Officer for an international client in the banking sector , recognized for its innovative approach, flexibility, and job stability. This is not a traditional bank — it is solid, yet disruptive, and continuously evolving.
The company is now opening a new office in Lisbon , reinforcing its growth and presence in the Portuguese market.
Main Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the Marketing Project Managers in France and local operational teams;
Ensure the execution, quality, and timely delivery of CRM campaigns;
Supervise and support the development of CRM assistants;
Set up campaigns and channels (targeting, integrating communication assets, and offline operations);
Receive, validate, and send proofs (BAT);
Make campaign kits available within the CRM tool;
Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Profile
Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields ;
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in CRM , with strong expertise in Adobe Campaign ;
Background in Marketing and/or E-commerce ;
Fluency in English and French (minimum level B2) ;
Rigorous, organized, communicative, and
- oriented.
