Crm Marketing Officer
Experis is recruiting a CRM Marketing Officer for an international client in the banking sector, recognized for its innovative approach, flexibility, and job stability. This is not a traditional bank — it is solid, yet disruptive, and continuously evolving.
The company is now opening a new office in Lisbon, reinforcing its growth and presence in the Portuguese market.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the Marketing Project Managers in France and local operational teams;
- Ensure the execution, quality, and timely delivery of CRM campaigns;
- Supervise and support the development of CRM assistants;
- Set up campaigns and channels (targeting, integrating communication assets, and offline operations);
- Receive, validate, and send proofs (BAT);
- Make campaign kits available within the CRM tool;
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Profile
- Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields;
- Minimumof 2 years’ experience in CRM, with strong expertise in Adobe Campaign;
- Background in Marketing and/or E-commerce;
- Fluency in English and French (minimum level B2);
- Rigorous, organized, communicative, and
- oriented.
