Key Responsibilities
- Execute multichannel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, onsite) according to the CRM team’s plan.
- Configure, test, and launch campaigns in the CRM system, ensuring accurate segmentation and proper execution.
- Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversion, churn, retention) and identify optimization opportunities.
- Work with player behavior data to create effective segments aligned with brand objectives.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Casino, Sportsbook, and Customer Support to ensure consistent communication and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with SRIJ rules regarding communication, offers, limits, and promotional content.
- Collaborate on the creation and scheduling of automated journeys and retention flows.
- Perform QA on campaigns before launch — verifying text, links, segmentation, and compliance.
- Support campaign analytics and prepare periodic reports for internal teams.
- Suggest improvements to CRM processes, automations, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, or similar roles (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Optimove, Hub
Spot, Salesforce, Fast
Track, or equivalent. - Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and metrics.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
- Knowledge of the i
Gaming sector is a plus. - Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English.
- Strong organization, ability to meet deadlines, and teamwork skills.
